Meshup is the product and brand name. The service is operated by Plend Superfoods Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) (the “Company”). When we say “Meshup”, “we”, or “us” in this policy, we mean the Company operating the Meshup brand. For privacy questions, contact support@meshup.social.

Information we collect
- Account information (e.g., name, username, email, and profile details you choose to provide).
- Content you create (e.g., posts, messages, comments, event participation, and photos you upload if enabled).
- Usage data (e.g., app interactions, features used, crash logs, and performance diagnostics).
- Device data (e.g., device identifiers, OS version, language settings).
- Location data (only if you enable location features; you can turn this off anytime in your device settings).
How we use information
- Provide the service (account creation, content display, messaging, event and community features).
- Personalize your experience (recommendations and discovery based on interests and activity).

App permissions
Meshup may request access to certain device features. You can control these permissions in your device settings.

- Photos / Camera: used if you choose to upload a profile photo or share images (only if you allow it).
- Notifications: used if you enable push notifications for messages, events, or updates.
Sharing

Some information may be visible to other users depending on how Meshup is designed and how you use it (for example: your username, profile details you choose to display, and content you post in communities or events). Messages are intended to be visible only to participants in that conversation.

When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data unless we need to keep certain information for legal/safety reasons (for example: to prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or resolve disputes).
Account deletion
You can request account deletion in the app (where available) or by emailing support@meshup.social. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and keep your account credentials confidential.
Children
Meshup is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our service providers operate). We take steps designed to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.
