Need help with Meshup? This page explains how to get support, report issues, and manage your account. We take safety, abuse reports, and privacy requests seriously.
Quick help
- Report or block users directly in the app (where available).
- For urgent issues or if in-app tools aren’t available, email us.
- Account deletion requests are handled promptly after verification.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools (where available). You can also block users to prevent further contact.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or unwanted sexual content
- Scams, impersonation, or misleading behavior
- Unsafe or inappropriate events
If you cannot report in-app, email us with relevant details (usernames, links, screenshots).
Account and data requests
- Account deletion: request deletion in-app (where available) or email us from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
- Data access or correction: contact us if you need help accessing or correcting your information.
Bug reports and feedback
Found a bug or something not working as expected? Help us fix it faster by including:
- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- What you expected vs. what actually happened
Emergencies
Meshup is not an emergency service. If you believe you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
