These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Meshup (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Plend Superfoods Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) (the “Company”). “Meshup”, “we”, and “us” refer to the Company, and “you” refers to the user of the Service. By accessing or using Meshup, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service provider

Meshup is the product and brand name of the Service. The legal entity responsible for the Service is Plend Superfoods Pte. Ltd. We use “Meshup” throughout these Terms for simplicity.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by your local law to use Meshup. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Your account

• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping login details secure.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
• You must not access or use the Service in an unauthorized or abusive manner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Meshup to post, share, organize, or promote content or behavior that is illegal, harmful, or violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

• No harassment, hate, threats, or targeted abuse.
• No sexual content, sexual solicitation, or unwanted romantic advances.
• No exploitation or endangerment of minors (zero tolerance).
• No scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
• No doxxing or sharing of private personal information without permission.
• No promotion of illegal activity or dangerous behavior.
• No spam, automation, or attempts to manipulate engagement.

User content

You own the content you post (“User Content”). You grant Meshup a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights needed to post it. You must not post content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy rights.

Events and meetups

Meshup may allow users to create, join, or attend events. Meshup does not control what happens offline. You are solely responsible for your decisions and interactions.

• Meet in public places first and take reasonable safety precautions.
• Do not create misleading events or use events to target or intimidate others.
• Event organizers are responsible for describing events accurately and complying with applicable laws.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report users or content in-app (where available) or by emailing support@meshup.social. We may investigate and take action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending, or banning accounts.

Third-party services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their services, content, or policies.

Termination

You may stop using Meshup at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our policies, or for safety/legal reasons.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Meshup disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and update the “Last updated” date.
